Frequently Asked Questions
There are a number of reasons why you may be unable to log into your account or receive an error message.
Are you connected to the internet? Even the most basic things can go unnoticed. Make sure you are connected to the internet before trying to sign in. Do you have an account on Auction Calendar? Are you using the correct email address and password combination to sign in? You can request a new password to be sent to you by clicking the “Forgot Password” link on the login page or contacting support@auctioncalendar.co.za for assistance. A password reset will only work if an account with a valid email address exists.
If you don’t have an account, create an account by clicking the “REGISTER” button or by clicking on this link.
As a buyer, continue on the default view of Registering as a buyer and complete the form. If you are an auctioneer, click the "I'm an auctioneer" button and complete the form. An activation email will be sent to your specified email address. (Check your junk/spam folder if you cannot find the email in your inbox). After creating an account, click here to sign in.
