15% (FIFTEEN PERCENT) deposit and 7.5% (plus 15% VAT), auctioneers commission will be payable by the Purchaser for the property on the 30th January 2026 and the balance to be paid in acceptable guarantees to be delivered within 60 (SIXTY) days after date of confirmation, confirmation will be on the 30TH JANUARY 2026.
