LOCATION:
The property is ±15km to the north of Mookgophong. From town, follow the road past the golf course towards Rondalia (R520) for approximately 10 km. At the T-junction, turn left and continue for ±7.7km (gravel road). Entrance on the left. Auction arrows will be erected.
CONDITIONS OF SALE:
10% (TEN PERCENT) deposit and 6% (SIX PERCENT) auctioneers commission plus 15% VAT is payable by the Purchaser on day of the auction and the balance to be paid in cash or acceptable guarantees to be delivered within 30 (THIRTY) days after date of confirmation, confirmation within 14 (FOURTEEN) days after date of sale. The rules of auction and sale conditions will be read out prior to the sale, terms and conditions available on request.
BUYER REGISTRATION:
All potential buyers can register in advance by email or on the day of the auction at the venue.
