We have 12 x private ablutions which consists of (4 x 30m² = 120m²) an outdoor private sink and semi kitchen and an indoor shower, toilet, and make-up station.

The 100m² thatched Tiki-bar with 3 x HD Televisions, is located at the slides area with an alternate menu to the main restaurant, serving the most delicious pizzas, cocktails, and other drinks. 60m² building which consists of a first aid room, baby changing room and male/female ablution.

BOILER: 1 x 200kw cole boiler with 2 heat exchanger units for heated pools hot water generation.

IRRIGATION: Irrigation water supply comes from the neighbouring farm with registered servitudes.

• A 1 600m² gravel dam, with an electronic sprinkling system, supply the western side of the resort and an Ericson dam, with an electronic sprinkling system supply the eastern side of resort. The flower beds are operated with a permanent installed irrigation hand system. The caravan park works with a turf valve hand system. Both these systems can be integrated.

SECURITY: The whole 191 ha property is fenced with a 2,4m 24 string game fence. The 15 ha resort within the reserve is electric fenced and equipped with 19 high tech thermal cameras and a display screen inside the control room.
